  1. Hi Joe,

I would really like to speak with you regarding statistics that children’s action alliance has been able to obtain regarding Cps. I am a board member of the AzAAP and an employed physician of Phoenix Chilrens Hospital and have been working with CPS administration since 12/2012. I will be giving testimony this Thursday and want to make sure I haven’t overlooked any details or facts and would appreciate validating data that CAA has been collecting.. Namely regarding layoffs in Cps in 2010 and loss of 25 million in federally matched funds between 2011 and 2012. All facts people have given me, but that I have been unable to validate and would appreciate any help you could provide.

My email is cconklinaguilera@phoenixchildrens.com or call (480) 347-6927

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Cheers,

    Cody Conklin, MD, FAAP
