Support Advocacy for Arizona’s Kids

The generosity of our donors allows us to carry out our mission for Arizona’s children and families every day. Let’s do a recap on what’s happening right now at the U.S. Capitol:

Members of Congress are debating proposals that could either deepen disparities or begin to reverse them. At Children’s Action Alliance, we’re focused on advancing policies that truly meet the needs of Arizona families, starting with equitable, reliable access to health care.

This year, Congress has passed a budget resolution that directs devastating cuts to Medicaid. Such cuts would cut off hundreds of thousands of Arizonans from vital services through Medicaid, which in Arizona is known as AHCCCS. If we don’t stop these cuts, they will harm Arizonans and Arizona’s overall health care system and economy.

Arizona’s children and hardworking families should not be cut off from the critical health care they need.  Children’s Action Alliance is using our resources to educate and mobilize community members, and we’re working with our partners on the ground across the state to stop cuts to AHCCCS.

But we can't do it without you. Your gift can continue to support our work across Arizona, from policy advocacy to community empowerment, to protect access to health care for all.

Can we count on your support?

Thank you for standing with us,
January Contreras, Executive Director
Children’s Action Alliance
